It all started with a BBQ competition. We started small in backyard competitions but after some success, we moved into the professional division. There we racked up 1 Grand Champion, 3 Reserve Grand Champions, and multiple top 10 calls in less than 2 seasons. As a lifelong restaurant worker, it has always been my dream of opening my own place. So, I took the trailer and opened the food truck. We now have 2 food trucks and a small place in a food hall. Looking to grow with different concepts down the road.
