Founded in 2013 by Marti Lieberman with just a pink food truck and a love for mac ’n cheese, Mac Mart quickly grew into a Philadelphia favorite. Joined by her sister, Pamela Lorden, and partner, Garrett Jablonski, the team turned their comfort food concept into a thriving brand—serving everyone from local fans to the Eagles and Forbes. After opening a Rittenhouse storefront in 2016, Mac Mart expanded with its first franchise in 2024, relaunched Mac Mart Mobile in 2025, and introduced smart vending fridges and a retail line across Philly. From campus streets to a growing franchise, Mac Mart keeps bellies full and mac lovers smiling.
