In 2012, Lisa Gutierrez left her 10-year management career at The Cheesecake Factory to pursue a bold dream with her husband, Vicente—launching a food truck with just $2,000, a borrowed truck, and big ambition. Their venture, Dos Hermanos Taco Truck, brought Vicente’s authentic Oaxacan-style family recipes to the community, quickly earning long lines and loyal fans. Over a decade later, Dos Hermanos has grown into a multi-million-dollar brand with multiple brick-and-mortar locations, food trucks, a taco cart, a convention center concession, and thriving catering services.
