Increase Your Food Truck Sales to $10,000 A Month

Are you maximizing your mobile food business? There are some simple, and yet very effective tasks you can be doing to get your monthly sales higher!

First, let’s start with the basics – what are your monthly sales?! Review your sales reports. Check out what menu items are selling and which are not. Remove anything that didn’t sell that month.

Next – let’s optimize your menu and make sure you are buying food that can work across multiple menu items. How are you pricing your food truck menu?  Be sure to price your items to have your expenses at around 25% (that includes labor!). Keep your menu simple!

Now – Go Get Your Money! Your mobile food business is MOBILE! Are you signed up for Roaming Hunger (this will send you potential catering gigs!)? When is the last time you went out in the community and asked people if they need catering? Have you been on top of looking for food truck events to go to.
