Tim Tobitsch is a veteran restaurateur with over 20 years of ownership experience. At 23, he launched his first restaurant on a shoestring budget and grew his concept, Franktuary, into a well-known brand across western Pennsylvania with four locations and two food trucks. A passionate advocate for street food and community collaboration, Tim has coached countless aspiring food truck owners and spoken on the topic in venues from U.S. schools to universities in Bolivia. Deeply interested in sustainable food systems, employee welfare, and profitable operations, he’s eager to help others take the next step in their mobile food journey.

Founded in 2013 by Marti Lieberman with just a pink food truck and a love for mac ’n cheese, Mac Mart quickly grew into a Philadelphia favorite. Joined by her sister, Pamela Lorden, and partner, Garrett Jablonski, the team turned their comfort food concept into a thriving brand—serving everyone from local fans to the Eagles and Forbes. After opening a Rittenhouse storefront in 2016, Mac Mart expanded with its first franchise in 2024, relaunched Mac Mart Mobile in 2025, and introduced smart vending fridges and a retail line across Philly. Jordan Foley commissioned into the Navy in 2012 after graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy, serving on submarines before becoming a Navy JAG. After losing a friend and fellow veteran to suicide during law school, he founded Let’s Chow in 2020 to help veterans launch careers in the culinary industry. A 2021 culinary school graduate, Jordan now channels his passion for cooking and mentorship to empower veterans in achieving their own American Dream.
